After talking through your goals and expectations, we’ll begin our sessions together. Most coaching takes place remotely using online video calling, but face-to-face sessions can also be arranged. During the sessions, I’ll subtly structure our conversation through gentle guidance and prompts, providing reliable information on naturopathic remedies where appropriate. Think of it as a conversation with a supportive friend, but with no expectations or bias. Every person is unique, so the frequency and number of sessions can be tailored to exactly what you need.
