Nothing happens in isolation. In our sessions, I help my clients step back and take a big picture, body and mind approach to evaluating where they are and where they want to be. By uncovering and understanding hidden patterns and thought processes, we build self awareness, clarity, and inner peace, so that you feel confident tackling whatever life throws at you both now and in the future. After talking through your goals and expectations, we’ll begin our sessions together. Most coaching takes place remotely by phone, but video calling or face-to-face sessions can also be arranged. During the sessions, I’ll subtly structure our conversation through gentle guidance and prompts, helping you to reflect and meet your goals — think of it as a conversation with a supportive friend, but with no expectations, judgement or bias. Every person is unique, so the frequency and number of sessions can be tailored to exactly what you need.
